Terms of Service
Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Nectabl. Using the service means you accept them.
Nectabl is a product of Enjett, a registered business name of E Jumbo Pty Ltd (ABN 56 600 704 916), an Australian company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean E Jumbo Pty Ltd, which is the company you are contracting with.
The part that matters most. Nectabl reads documents using an AI model, and AI models misread things. Every extraction is a draft for you to check — that is why the review screen exists and why we show you which figures do not add up. You are responsible for checking the output before you rely on it. Do not file a tax return, pay an invoice, or close a set of books off Nectabl's output without reviewing it.
What Nectabl does
You upload documents. We read them, extract the fields into a structure, run arithmetic checks, and let you correct anything wrong before exporting to CSV, JSON or Excel.
Your account
- You need a working email address. There is no password — you sign in by clicking a link we send you, so keep control of that inbox.
- One account per person or business. Creating extra accounts to get around the free allowance is a breach of these terms.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16, and old enough to enter into a contract where you live. Nectabl is a business tool and is not intended for children.
What you may upload
You must have the right to upload the documents you upload. Do not upload:
- Anything you do not own or have permission to process — including a client's records without their authority
- Material that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Malware, or files crafted to attack the service
If you are processing documents on behalf of clients, you are responsible for having their consent, and for your own obligations to them.
If someone is harmed by what you upload
You are responsible for the documents you put into Nectabl. If someone brings a claim against us because of something you uploaded — because you did not have the right to process it, or because processing it broke an obligation you owed them — you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur dealing with it.
This does not apply to any part of a claim caused by our own breach of these terms, our negligence, or our failure to meet an obligation the law does not let us contract out of.
Plans, pages and payment
- Usage is metered in pages, not documents. A ten-page PDF is ten pages. We show you the page count before anything is processed.
- Monthly allowances reset on the anniversary of your signup, not on the first of the month. Unused pages do not roll over.
- One-off page packs do not expire. Your monthly allowance is always used first, so a pack you paid for is never consumed while included pages sit unused.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices are quoted in US dollars unless we show you a local currency. Where we quote US dollars, the price excludes tax and any GST or VAT your country charges is calculated and added at checkout.
- Where we quote Australian dollars, the price shown includes GST and is the total you pay. Nothing further is added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for your purchase and is responsible for collecting and remitting the tax on it. Your receipt and your card statement will both show Link, which is Stripe's checkout service, rather than Nectabl or Enjett. You can see your orders, change your payment method and cancel a subscription at link.com, or by writing to us.
Refunds
If Nectabl does not work for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund the part you have not used.
- Processed no pages? You get the whole amount back.
- Processed some? We refund in proportion to what is left. Use 100 pages of a 2,000-page plan and 95% comes back.
If we fail to process pages you were charged for, we credit those back whether or not the 14 days have passed. All of this sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot exclude and do not try to.
Fair use
Plan limits on pages, file size and concurrent batches exist to keep the service running for everyone. We may suspend an account that is deliberately circumventing them, attacking the service, or using it to process documents at a scale that destabilises it. Where we can, we will contact you first.
Accuracy, and what we do not promise
We work hard on accuracy and we show you our checks rather than a confidence score, because arithmetic is honest and a model's self-assessment is not. But:
- We do not warrant that any extraction is correct.
- Our checks catch a lot and will never catch everything. A document that passes every check can still be wrong.
- Nectabl is not an accountant, a bookkeeper, or tax advice. It is a data entry tool.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those rights apply and we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Your data
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything Nectabl extracts from it. We claim no rights over your documents or your data, and we do not use them to train AI models. The Privacy Policy explains what we do with it.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, send them to our AI provider to be read, and return the results to you.
Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut Nectabl down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and time to export your data, and refund any unused prepaid balance.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time, from the Account screen. Closing does four things at once, and none of them can be undone:
- Your uploaded documents, and everything extracted from them, are erased immediately.
- Any subscription you hold is cancelled immediately. You will not be charged again.
- The remainder of a period you have already paid for is not refunded — unless you are still inside the 14 days above, in which case the refund rule applies instead.
- Unused page-pack credits are forfeited. If you want them refunded, email us before closing the account.
If cancelling your subscription fails for any reason, we stop and delete nothing. You will never be left paying for an account that no longer exists.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unused prepaid balance unless the breach was deliberate abuse.
Changes to these terms
We will email you before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Nectabl afterwards means you accept the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, and of the courts able to hear appeals from them.
